Support Work & Advocacy
An advocate is someone who can both listen to you and speak for you in times of need. An advocate might help you find information you need, or accompany you to meetings or interviews in a supportive role. In some cases, advocates can be more active, and will act on your behalf.
The advocacy services I provide encompass a broad range of support, and in this way I aim to "Bridge the Gap to Your Needs". If you would like to learn more, or discuss your specific needs and understand whether and how I can help, please get in touch through the Contact page
Some of the services I provide include:
- Advice and guidance for individuals in vulnerable situations, for example victims of domestic abuse
- Support for families, for example helping those wanting to be re-united with loved ones
- Co-ordinating and liaising with Legal and Governmental agencies on your behalf, for example attending court dates with you
- Ability to provide advocacy services in the UK and India
